Position Summary
The Project Assistant will support Project Coordinators, Project Managers and Construction Engineering Department Director. Duties and tasks will include creating and revising department documents including applications, forms, proposals, letters, reports, memo, and other related documents. Additional activities will include filing, typing, scanning, copying, and related office tasks.
Key experience, skills and qualifications
Valid Driver’s license
High School Diploma and minimum 5 years of professional office experience or an AA or AS degree and a minimum of 2 years of professional experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Strong Organization Skills - Attention to Detail
