Private RE Debt Fund - Office Admin/intern, Support, Growth role

We are seeking an Admin to join our growing private mortgage debt fund and investment group! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success and will be working with a top private fund originator with over 15 years of experience and over $1BB of transactions closed and consistently top brokerage in California.

Looking for a candidate with a passion for real estate investment and finance. Opportunity to grow within the company with other business avenues. You will be working directly with one of the top originators with over $400MM of closed transactions in the past 24 months. New office in Newport Beach with all amenities.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal/informal documents
  • Plan and schedule appointments, meeting, events
  • File operating system organization - salesforce, dropbox, etc
  • DRE compliance other filings
  • Bank Runs and other errands
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks, errands, ad hoc duties
  • Other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills

Also very nice to have:

  • Licensed CA DRE salesperson or broker (or on way to obtaining license)
  • Licensed Notary public
  • Past real estate loan, processing, and/or agent experience
  • Quickbooks experience would be a great

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Salary: $20.00 to $22.00 /hour
