We are looking for a self-motivated person with strong organizational skills. The candidate will work closely with internal business partners and manage outside suppliers in providing high quality and timely low-cost print procurement of financial and marketing material.
This candidate will be part of an experienced group of individuals that focus on strict production and delivery timetables while keeping projects within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for project managing and procurement of print.
  • Procurement of all conference materials (premium items, displays, etc.)
  • Liaison contact for internal business partners (Legal, Fund Administration, Transfer Agent, Product and Marketing) coordinating and updating copy changes to Mutual Fund Reports and Marketing material.
  • Prepare quality print specifications to suppliers via a web-based procurement system.
  • Responsible for preparation of purchase orders and invoice review/reconciliation for all print and mail.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement and cost avoidance opportunities.
  • Review planned projects and provide recommendations for potential cost saves through innovative process design/spec changes.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
  • BA/BS preferred or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.
  • Have a clear knowledge of POD (print on demand) and the most current digital technologies.
  • Familiarity with FTP sites and internal workflow systems.
  • Proficient working with Adobe line of products as well as Microsoft office suite, Excel and Microsoft Outlook (or similar email environment).
  • Familiarity with Sales Enablement platforms a plus.
  • Knowledge of web-based procurement systems a plus.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
  • An understanding of graphic and proofing/editing skills a plus.
  • Experience in corporate financial services print production and design environment a plus.
  • Able to work within a fast-paced environment with outstanding commitment to customer service.
