Position Overview

The Administrative Assistant works with the Business Manager to provide a high level of administrative support.

This position requires confidentially managing information, organizational skills, superior and friendly customer service and the ability to manage time effectively to complete a variety of tasks completely accurately.

Essential Job Functions

  • Answer telephone calls in a professional manner

Scan and upload documents

  • Photocopy and package documents
  • Mail packages using a postage meter machine
  • Enter data into QuickBooks, Excel and Word
  • Type reports
  • Proofread documents
  • Assist the accounting staff in completing their duties

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Applicable work experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comuter savvy
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent understanding of English language grammar
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work in a team based environment
  • Efficient and detail oriented data entry
  • Ability to work directly with staff and clients

Must pass background and drug test
