Two emerging alcohol brands (hard seltzer & flavored vodka) are hitting America’s best hot spots to help coach up a good time, done right. We need energetic, not wild, confident not cocky, promotional managers who know how to lead. You’ll be responsible for drawing a crowd and unleashing communal activities in bars, clubs, retailers and special events throughout your city. You’ll be the captain of chaos at night and a witty wordsmith during the day.
- Candidates must live in Ihub market (or summer market if applicable) and are highly familiar with the venue universe and local trends
- Previous on-premise beverage alcohol promo experience a must (can be a BA, lead BA, or manager level)
- 22-29 years old and fit into the local scene.
- Outgoing, life of the party, yet responsible with previous administrative responsibility
- Program to run from April 1 – Dec 15(ish) – will support both the daytime seltzer and late night vodka shot (separate events)
- Position will be structured on a project basis – weekly salary will be from $1,000-$1,250 depending on market and experience

The Seasonal Program Manager is responsible for the oversight and execution of all assigned programming related to operations and training within their designated market. The field marketing programs involve conducting consumer sampling activity in bars, retails outlets, events and festivals and creating Brand Evangelists within key On-Trade outlets. Areas of focus include conceptualizing and proposing market relevant consumer engagement activities that align with the Brand’s objectives; managing, developing and coaching a team of part-time promotional staff; and building business-to-business relations with assigned accounts for activations, events and other types consumer & trade engagement activity. Additional responsibilities include overseeing and executing weekly administrative tasks such as completing event recaps, payroll completion, inventory reconciliation, scheduling and effective management of program objectives, goals and metrics within the designated market.
