The Administrative Support Assistant I is responsible for assisting University customers with their vehicle leasing needs. The position is also responsible for basic mechanical service and providing customer assistance with vehicle service schedules. Strong customer service skills are essential for the position.
Normal exposures and incidents related to the automotive trade, auto service and repair facilities.
Must be capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs.

Education & Experience
Valid driver's license. Must be insurable for State of Oklahoma Vehicle Liability Insurance.
Must be capable of learning and operating computer system proficiently within the hiring probationary period. Must be capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs.
High School/GED and four years experience in customer service.
Completion of OSU's Ambassador Program or comparable program.
